Just fitted all 4 GYEF1 Assymmteric 2's and really loving them - car feels lighter and quiter and handling is much much better.  :driver:

The previous owner did have some budget tyres on though which iv been driving around in for the past 12 months!

Super sports are better  :P

I suspect the super sports will probably be a bit better than the goodyears on a warm summers day, but they're heavily "dry bias".

This review for instance:

http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Arti...2-Sport-Auto-Summer-Tyre-Test.htm

Suggests that while the Super Sports are the best in the dry, their wet weather performance lets them down and they end up in 4th place overall.

The Good Years have better fuel, noise and wet grip rating  :pomppomp:

The F1's are a great tyre but I've just switched to super sports all round and done about 700 miles. So far its been wet/ damp/ cold and generally sh*t weather and the Super sports are notably better than the F1's which I found were a bit pants in the cold (should have winter tyres so can't moan too much) and got quite floaty in standing water. From what I've experienced so far I would rather have the PSS than the F1's every day in any weather. Just my opinion.

The F1's are still a great tyre though.

I did a full review/ comparison on my build thread about 2 days ago.

I found the Goodyears really good when they're new, but they go off quite quickly once they've been on a few spirited drives. They're quite disappointing by the time they're down to around 5mm tread which doesn't make them great value in my view. I'm definitely gonna give these Michelins a go next time I need tyres.

I just got some of these. £100 / corner at Camskill, and they're absolutely fantastic. Well worth the money.

I don't see PSS On Camskill at all let alone for £100/corner.

Do you have a link?

That's the 88Y version. I've ordered 4 from Tyreleader which were not a huge amount more that the Goodyear Eagle 2's.
