Heated seat retrofit... what a mare!!!! Any help? lol

On LHD the nearside seat is the master.
On RHD the nearside is still the master, but our CECM and fusebox is on the opposite side.

Thus, you swap the seat looms over to fool the car into thinking it is LHD effctively.

OR you cut the big fat plugs from the Kufatec loom, and swap them over (which means about three wires need extended from one side to the other as the master plug has more pins) to make it how it should come for a RHD car.

I complained to Kufatec about this once before but still they only make LHD looms.

It won't work with your current configuration, sorry.

Sorry, thanks for following up.
I've been so very busy at work due to ongoing projects and working the detailing aspect as well, I'm literally only at home to sleep these days.

Jairm and I are gonna have a bash at doing the door speakers soon so what I'll do is ensure that I check it out properly then - I suspect swapping the seat looms over should / would hopefully resolve the issue?

Skard's explanation along with the input from yourself and others does make sense :)

I just need to check for these modules under the seats and go from there

When Jairm and I work on the door speakers I'll have a look then, only takes 15 mins to take the seats out.
