If Mk5/6 Golf seats are a straight swap in a Scirocco then yes.

(I came to this answer because 8P and Mk5/6 seats are interchangable and I know S5 seats fit in the 8P. Thus if the Mk5/6 seats will bolt into a Scirocco I see no reason why the S5 seats wouldn't.)
