How do I know if my car has a LUK or Sachs flywheel?

As above, looking to order new clutch,

But they have 2 kits, one for LUK flywheel and one for Sachs flywheel
It's a 56plate (07) Edition 30.

Could the chassis number help? The supplier of clutches might say from which chassis number each one fits? What about gearbox type, which I can't remember offhand how to determine (Haynes or workshop manuals, the latter available on this forum)?
