No, just bought some centre bore specific ones rather than the universal type which can shift between the hub and wheel.
The main thing is ensuring the weight of the wheel is carried by the hub, and not the bolts. A 5mm spacer should* leave you plenty of hub to get the wheel onto.
I bought them to clear the ill fated APs with my Monzas/old track wheels, so I'd intended to use them on track.
*Assuming your new discs are no thicker than usual.
