New wheels should be here end of the week....Excited!   Has anyone had trouble with standard wheels catching on the metal inner arch near the coilover?? shredded a tyre after 3 days :( :(

I had the same problem a while back but with the tyre catching on the adjuster rings once I raised it 10mm.  Cut into two newish tyres causing them to go flat :(.  I just stuck some 5mm spacers on.  It's fine now I've removed the spacers and lowered it back down though. I'm not sure if it will be that what is rubbing or something else though.  Also for when you get your new wheels on check out this thread :)

You'll most definitely need to do the screw mod and to be on the safe side bend the metal tab in a little bit too :)

cheers for the info mate, Ill look into getting that done before the new wheels are on :) hopefully wont be needing a spacer as the offsets are much better on the new wheels  :happy2:

Only a quick test fit for now. Need to decide on refurb colours etc and get a new tyre....any suggestions would be hugely appreciated :)
