Lower front suspension bushes on my TDi

When I picked her up from the MOT Saturday my friend mentioned there is a slight movement in one of my lower front suspension bushes.

What should I be paying parts and labour?
Not interested in powerflex, want to stay oem.

Hour and a half tops.
Undo 3 bolts and use a hydraulic press to put new ones back in

Do an alignment after a 5-10 mile drive.
