This guys 'how to' might get the ball rolling Scopes. It covers a valve clean as well.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/156031056/2-0-TFSI-Inlet-Manifold-Injector-Valve-Clean-Guide

Someone might find a better walkthrough somewhere ?

Hope this helps  :happy2:

Looking at doing the same at the moment.  Need to replace the intake flapper motor and may just as well take the whole intake off and clean the back of the valves as well whilst I'm there.

No matey not yet, maybe try the easy way first, and use a scope, try some cleaner and scope again...  :innocent:
As far as i'm aware, it can be a bit risky, with injectors popping out... Something I wouldn't want to happen...means having to send them off for testing and re-sealing...  :rolleye:

A few other things to do first!

 :happy2:

Waiting on BigMig to do a walk through  :popcornsoda:

The TFSI intake manifolds on the transverse engines are a ball ache.

They fail on the audi a4/a5 but take half the time to remove as there's so much more room!
