Pad Change Wind Back Tool

Do I need a wind back tool to change the pads?

What would you recommend?

i bought a cheap one from ebay used it over and over on lots of golfs, but its been perfect never had any major problems with it
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

good find John, mine was a bit more but not as good as that laser one
