Please Help RCD 510 stuck in transport mode

Hey guys

Bought RCD510 Dab
Unit arrived today, fitted within 10 min. All works except it wont load cds in.
I have pressed < > and tune combination, message popped on screen CDC transportation mode activated. Pressing deactivate does nothing.
Also how can I tell it is genuine EU unit not Chinese. It made in Portugal, Bosch manufacture.

Hi thanks

I can get to this menu by pressing combination but by pressing deactivate nothing happens  :sad1:
