OEM VW Part Help - Please

I need to get a part which is VW only, my locally deal is having my pants down with the price. Anyone here work for VW? or a a useful contact please?

What part is it? Many parts are price held by VW so they can't be discounted.

Sure the part is MK5 rear/lower GTI skirt with the two bar hatch and panel
