Anyone know all the part numbers for the complete plastic battery cover? I have the clothe cover at the minute and want to replace it.

Not much is happening but thought I would do a small update.

Did LED Conversion on the interior but need two more for the foot well lights.

Wind Deflectors I purchased at GTI International

And by far the most exciting addition to the car you will ever see......another bag hook for the boot lol

I was going to spray the centre of the engine cover due to the condition of it but after spending a while scrubbing it I think it came up fairly well so not going to bother just yet.

Im booked in at AKS Tuning for Cambelt, DSG, and standard service in September I was hoping to possible have it lowered by now but Im waiting to find out if I'm being made redundant which really doesn't help things with car insurance next month as well.

Hi mate, does the air vent work? Does it separate the air that would normally come out of the centre two vents?

Top vent is one of the nicest cheapest mods for the interior  :happy2:

How are you getting on with the map?

Map is great have been dying to get it done since I bought it as my last car was mapped. Found it drives a lot smoother with less effort now  :happy2: Haven't really had chance to give it full beans much but did have a play with a mk6 GTD and from that I think it is running close to REVO's top quoted figure of 185. Hoping for improved MPG when driving normally as doing 300+ miles a week.

Love my PD140 Jetta after the map - made just over 187bhp on the rollers. Am currently looking into the dash vent....
Any other big plans??

Yeah need to get it on the rollers next time there is a charity day or something.

Plans yes; Lowered, RNS315 or 510, Highline Cluster, Wheel spacers and thats it. May consider a bit more power at some point but not that fussed about how quick it is.

I have always thought of mapping mine but not sure with the mileage that I do, around 600 miles a week and currently on 172500. Careful you don't go to low or your wear through the inside of the fronts like I do, oh and having to raise the rear on mine to tow our trailer tent  :surprised:

Wont be going massively low as im not a slammed fan. Will be 30 - 40mm max plus towing will be an issue for me aswell if I got to low. My Toledo was dropped 30mm and was fine for towing.
