I know the b pillar trims you have to remove the airbag badge and there is a torx screw behind it then it should just pop of.

I hope this is of some help to you.

The C pillar trim needs pulling out at the top (bolt under airbag logo), then the roof lining will drop enough to pass the wire through. I took the outer fakra plug bit off to make the cable end smaller to pass through.

What these guys have said but there are few workshop manuals on here if you search about.

The manuals will show you what directions to pull them in to minimize damage.

If u do it then be careful when refitting as I lost the screw behind all the other internal panels! Not sure what size it is to replace either!

I removed the panel above the pedals (2 torx screws) the fuse cover and the thin long panel next to this.
The cable can be tucked under most of the side trim where it meets the carpet without removing.
C pillar as said remove airbag badge carefully and reuse it This will allow you to tuck the cable behind
Plastic trim at rear of headlining can be pulled off No screws but be careful not to snap
You will need small hands if you are replacing the aerial :happy2:
Just fitted the kinetic  6003 aerial replacing the window effort
