Has anyone used Indie-Tech in Milton Keynes?
« on: May 27, 2014, 02:50:23 pm »
Has anyone used them before? www.inde-tech.co.uk

Needing to get some work done on my 06 GTI:

Major service - inc cambelt + waterpump
Front brake discs + pads
Rear brake discs + pads
Brake fluid change
Rev G DV
Cam follower
PCV

Had a look at servicing on the VW website and they're charging £499 for cambelt + waterpump!! Is that a bit steep?

If anyone can recommended any other garages around the Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard area, feel free.

Cheers, Liam

Hello, I use Vag-Tech which are just up the road from Indie-tech. They are nice guys and friendly service.
In 2012 I had cambelt service plus water pump kit changed on my mk5 gti and it was £360.72 all in.  I got quoted that figure at VW and glad I went else ware. Give them a call 01908410424

Used inde tech a few times but to be honest although theyre good they can be pricey. Had my revo tune at vag tech but cant go wrong with a visit to alex! Forums definitely keeping him a busy man nowadays!
