So fitted a RCD510 DAB unit with a newer Canbus (Cheers to Eddie) to my Ed30, info sourced from a previous thread.
I used the Blaupunkt A - RDT01-M roof mounted to replace the oem bee sting.
The dab signal is fantastic and is just as hoped..but the Blaupunkt comes with a large oem length mast that sits behind the shark fin part of the roof mounted unit.
Does anyone know if there's a smaller mast that I could use that would work equally well.
Before the dab unit was put in I previously had a shorter Polo mast but that only gave am/fm etc.
Tried that with the Blaupunkt base unit..but there was no dab signal using that combo.
So is there a shorter DAB Polo type aeriel option that would work? If so anyone know a part number?
