Belaco brake discs ?

Hi

I bought some brake rotors from online shop with part numbers looking like delphi parts, front discs part number BG3953 and rear BG3834 but after reciving parcel with ordered discs looks like company called "Belaco" use same part numbers like Delphi, there was no brand mentioned on website.

Do anyone know anything about Belaco brrand ?
