Delayed flight compensation

How does the claim work if the internal airport transfer bus isn't quick enough to reach the plane and the flight just leaves without so many of the passengers. Now these passenger had that listed as their connecting flight - so is there grounds for compensation since this caused an all paid for over night stay in Dubai?

I can't see this ruling being relevant to your case as your flight wasn't delayed or cancelled. As far as I am aware if you miss your flight due to issues such as those that you mentioned then the only obligation is to get you on the next available flight at no extra cost to yourself, which they seem to have done.

Isn't it mad though that soon you will be able to claim more for a delayed flight than a genuine injury caused by someone else's negligence on the road? Too many fraudsters and claims farmers means the rights of the public in this regard will soon be taken away.
