Hi I will be taking my wheels off to clean and also clean my wheel arches . The wheels are 18 inch monza ii . What's the best thing to clean the inside of the wheels to help get tar and crap off ?

Wonder wheels for the tough stuff Clay bar for everything else. Removing the archliners may reveal hidden crap and rust Well worth doing  Ive shaved 5mm off the outer edge of my liners to help avoid rust

I treat them in a similar way to paintwork. Wheel cleaner eg bilberry. Tardis. Iron-x. Clay. Maybe a light polish. Wheel sealant.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
