It's funny how the exact same set of players in both games can play so differently but get the same end result  

Was optimistic after the performance against Italy we looked quick sharp and up for it, admittedly defensively was shaky and never sorted out stopping Italy on the wing getting in behind for fun

Tonight never really got started and looked nervous and rushed on the ball, then typically we have a good spell with loads of pressure nearly score a couple of times and they hit a long ball and score

All this clamour to have terry, cole et al back in the side is a joke. Costa rica have just proven over two games that with decent work rate and an organised set up a team can go out and beat higher ranked sides. Why do england never do that. We never pull off surprises and our players are truly over paid, lazy and over hyped by themselves, the press and their clubs
