Theres been some major changes at MSW recently in terms of management and geography, they are still trading and ordering but with vastly reduced staff.

Im sure it will all turn up, what was it you ordered - PM me if you like

I see i was not aware of this.

Some ferodo ds2500 pads for fronts and HEL braided brake lines.

I'm sure i sent you a message already regarding brakes as i was informed you are the resident expert !
Did ya get it?

I have emailed them twice and tried calling the number now does not even go through. I went onto their facebook page to find lots of others complaining about orders taking ages.

Its been 6 days since i ordered my brake pads. 4working days is what they quoted me for delivery which it has also been. The brake lines i ordered have not been despatched and i've not been told why either.

What would be the next step as my brakes need changing and its caused me a massive inconvenience. They have taken payment for the pads. I paid by credit card so i'm sure if it took much longer i could raise a dispute and get money back.

What would you guys do? Am I being unreasonable?

Raise a dispute and get money back and order from DaveB, he will have them with you in a few days...
If it's not broke, Mod it.....

Well I called up the bank and they said can only raise a dispute once money has been taken. As of yet they haven't but all my other items are here except the brake lines so its frustrating!

Should I just order the brake lines elsewhere and when they do debit my account just raise a dispute?

The worst thing is I have tried contacting them emailed 3 times, messaged them on fb and tried calling but doesn't go through. So I can't even cancel the order now!

Its very poor and I would not ever buy from them again. Just bad customer service.

I wish I had read this before I ordered last week - I've got the same problem - ordered some springs last Thursday - tried to call, sent emails and nothing back. Very poor - don't order from them is my advice. Had to cancel my mechanic and am in limbo - I want to cancel the order and get from demon tweaks but I can't get hold of anyone to do it. They are a lot cheaper but if they have shocking customer service.
