I'm in the process of fitting an aux socket to above radio. I've got as far as connecting everything together. However, on the back of the radio, it only works when I put it in the socket used for my cd multi changer. When multi changer and aux are both connected, aux doesn't work.
When the multi changer is connected, when pressing the media button, I have the option of using the internal cd, external cd (multi changer) and aux.
I gone into the menu when in aux and all options seem to be selected for it to work.
Has anyone got anymore advice, or suggest if a vagcom is needed to activate anything, would be very appreciated?
