Non genuine front bumpers
« on: June 20, 2014, 05:51:23 pm »
Hi folks,

Hit one of these low rise walls stupidly yesterday.

Resulting in:

As you can see, plenty of damage to various individual components.
I've seen this on ebay, can anyone advise if this is a good buy or is OEM the only way?

Thanks

looks nice but you may get problems with fitment from non oem, but not always the case, check PPCGB, they got similar ones, I bought a rear R32 lower bumper from them, fitment wasn't fully spot on as some of the holes weren't aligned but the garage sorted that out for me and fits decent now

Watch out for the really cheap replica bumpers which ironically don't fit a GTI as they are designed to upgrade lesser cars
