Auto clock adjustment for daytime light saving changes
« on: October 25, 2009, 09:43:23 am »
Hi Steve,

I was a little confused that the posts are still reading an hour ahead of themselves. Is there a way to build daytime lightsaving changes into the site so it happens automatically? :happy2:
Golf R gone.

you can change it yourself in your profile (Look / Layout Preference option)

as the site has an "international" presence having the forum change automatically cos of DST/BST is maybe not wise.

so the option to amend by user works IMO.

We get the time from the hosting server so we have to wait until they update it  :stupid:

I have sent them a reminder  :happy2:

....If 'The English Factor' kicks in that'll be sometime next month then

[Just joking but someone could have easily loaded/written a script to do it automatically methinks]

I hate all this time changing anyway - It's something which should have changed back after World War II.
