well ferry for me, fook spending that when the ferry is so much cheaper.
Probs set off after work 5pm and see how far into france i get before i stop off,
day 2 to Chur (or could we not do wothersee in 1 trip from France? (havnt looked so dont grill me)
day 3 chur to wothersee.............

Oh and the tolls in France really do take the p!ss to any route except tolls is great with me!  :happy2:

Thing is joe, if you finish work and then set off, you mght aswell do it in one hit to chur. If your setting off at 5 you got traffic all the way down to the m25! Your looking at your ferry being midnight, thEn it's half 2.30 ish when you arrive in France, make that 3.30 with the time difference. So then if you get a hotel you'll be checking in at 4 earliest.


Or... You can stay in England. Get a crossing at 6 ish? So by the time you've set off at 4-5 pm Monday woke up and got on to the ferry port, I'll be way into Belgium, probably past brussels. And in would have set of about half 8 on monday night.

on the Monday? Then stay in france Monday night? It's fair to say that everyones got different commitments on we might not all be able to make it together. If everyone wants to do chur to worther see via stelvio I'd really recomend it. It's a stunning days drive and it's a definate for me.

I'll be doing chur to worther see commencing at about 9 am on the 11th may 2010. Join me if you like!! ;). I'll be heading down in one hit on Monday night at about half 8.

If everyone wants to do the alps, then it's probably best if we meet up during the course of the day on 11th. Or I can see you in worthersee on the Wednesday
