Throttle reset on MK5 GTI

Hi all,
I was looking on google to see what's the way to reset the throttle response on mk5 GTI but every where saying something different.

Could someone tell me how to do it ? Bought the car from someone and want to have the throttle freshly reset . Is there a way to reset DGS memory too ?
