VW RNS510 Version B?

Iv got a basic mk5 golf gti

Isit straight plug & play?
Will the sat nav work or do I need to change the ariel?

Your knowledge would be greatful, thanks :-)

You'll need a GPS antenna puck, and an aerial adaptor to make it fit. Then there'll be some coding with VCDS to make everything work. Then you'll need to change the CAN gateway to prevent battery drain issues, or modify the firmware on the RNS510 for the same reason.
