Thinking bout r32 rear with bcs exhaust
« on: June 27, 2014, 10:17:41 am »
I'm not a massive fan of the standard looking gti rear. I think the plastic looks horrid and cheap, such a shame from vw cause the front is so appealing! Iv come from a 123d coupe with a gorgeous back end (see below) and can't help but want that nice rear again (with a nice sound). To that end where is the best place to get a r32 rear diffuser and also what do people think of bcs exhaust system. I can't stretch to a powervalve as selling the bimmer was to free up money for a house so would defeat the object .

Any information would be appreciated!

Also any body shops in Cambridge/hull area would be appreciated too cheers!

Shamless plug  :signLOL:

I see her daily as she got sold to lad at work  :signLOL:

Tbh I would of defiantly kept her if she was a 135i but I got annoyed with driving it around town due to it being a soot chucker lol!

Yeah heard a lot of good things about them!

The R32 arse matted with a BCS is the dingles and if you can stretch to the Powervalve, do it. I've had mine for the best part of 2 years and I love it.

BCS do 3 different rear assemblies for the R32 /or R32 conversion. Take a look at this tread from Nige at BCS......

I'm in the exact same boat as you mate apart from I have a mk2 cupra

The single oval rear exhaust looks to plain for me

That's why today I bought a twin rear Cupra R diffuser and 3" miltek cupra r turbo back

Looks so much more aggressive from the rear

I got my system from eBay along with rear diffuser from a guy who works at statller for a good price so couldn't say no
Mk2 Inferi Black Cupra 3" Cobra de-cat/Milltek 3" cupra R zaust,Neuspeed Intake, Eibach's, Audi Daytona Grey Rims, Soon to be R-Tech tuned.

You know it makes sense bud.

I'm currently waiting for Nige to send me my new R32 rear assembly to go on for my Powervlave TBE, going to look and sound epic.  Also waiting for the bodyshop to finish my R32 rear end!!

R32 rear looks awesome whether you get the twin centre style exhaust or left cutout up to you, the R32 rear alone looks a gazillion times better than standard gti IMO  :happy2: I got mine done a few weeks back! Catback exhaust twin centre
