Was interested in knowing what others have got from a stage 1 map from rtech and what mods induction/exhaust

Assuming your username matches your car, then completely standard & healthy engines usually see ~300hp.

Filters, downpipes, decats, catbacks, hpfps etc etc can vary that result by ~10-20hp.

I got 310 with just a ram air cai. Guessing it will be around 320 now I have the forge twintake fitted.
