Front wishbone bushes
« on: July 03, 2014, 07:54:20 pm »
Awrite everyone.

This might be a daft question but are front wishbone bushes the same as front control arm bushes on the golf mk5 gti.

Anytime I search its different things coming up and different pictures.

If anyone could help and send me a link to what I need would be great.

The garage told me I need front wishbone bushes and that's all they said.

cheers

My mates. Gti had the same bushes as my gt tdi. I replaced them with Audi tt bushes..

Best thing I've done to it so far, and fitted them my self.

Yep same thing and i would definitively put in some aftermarket bushes they really tighten up the steering. The difference is night and day. Poly bushes can be got on ebay no bother.

Yeap it's all the same thing, If they need changing then upgrade them to poly ones. IMHO Superpro are the peeps. Add the Superpro Anti Lift Kit too for a win win.

You'll be needing these, only about £40 IIRC (part number on the packet ).......
