Do RS3 brakes fit straight onto mk5 golf gti?
MK5 Golf GTI: K04 converted stage 2+ (I don't own this car no more)

What discs would I use?
MK5 Golf GTI: K04 converted stage 2+ (I don't own this car no more)

3 main options...

  • Use the TTRS disc as the RS3 won’t fit easily due to a different offset. However from what I have read both discs are expensive to replace and widely considered pretty pants!
  • Buy a DaveB fitting kit to allow you to run the TTRS/RS3/Aston 4 Pot caliper on a 340/345mm disc as I have done.
  • Finally the ultimate option a floating rotor setup… If I remember correctly DaveB sells a 362mm kit and Alex sells a 370mm kit

I wouldn't recommend TTRS discs as I think they are meant to warp real easy. Best thing to do is buy the fitting kit from DaveB or AKS Alex so you can run the 340mm TTS discs. :happy2:
