After recently seeing a few cars kicking about locally with 'Rust2Rome' decals on them, I decided to dig deeper into what this was all about...
http://www.rust2rome.com/Basically it's a banger rally with a budget of £500 to spend on your car, which goes from Edinburgh to Rome (and back) in 14 days. It's been going since 2006 and I believe last year around 50 cars took part!
Has anyone else heard of it and is crossing off the days until next June? Is it too early to start looking for a car?
