Help 2007 golf gti mk5 vagcom problems

I think my car is now in limp mode doesnt rev over 4000 RPM and has no turbo kicking in, after doing some research i found out it is in limp mode
after connecting a vagcom to the car i came across all these faults
need help with this ASAP

I saw another post this morning just by chance with similar symptoms. Given your VCDS scan shows problem with N75 it's probably your first bet.

could one of the reasons be that it hasnt got the right battery for the car?, because my battery isnt for this car but it starts it and everything runs fine
