Stage 1 Custom > Fantastic Service!
« on: July 14, 2014, 07:06:34 pm »
Just thought I would write a quick thread about my experience at R-Tech!

I had the long 4 week wait as they were fully booked up but the car was booked in for a 3pm slot last tuesday for a stage 1 custom map. Previously had my mates gti remapped from Niki a few months ago and after having that done I just had to get mine booked in. His was a 3dr gti running an evoms intake & 3" downpipe with both cats removed and made 255bhp with 280ft/lbs torque. I expected mine to make around 240-ish as it was completely stock with just a brand new pcv valve, rev g dv & cam follower done a few days before the map.

Niki worked his magic on the car and the outcome was insane! 255bhp & 316ft/lbs torque! Totally transformed the car! He took me out and then told me to go and have a blast to see what I thought. I have now fallen back in love with the car!

If you want your car mapped, R-Tech.

Cheers guys!
