Fair few peeps have bought their bumpers (various styles) over the last couple of years, some are really happy with them and some are not. They're cheap as chips so if your not happy its not the end of the world.
Fitment is the usual problem with these sort of generic copies. A good body shop should be able to make it look like a genuine .:R32 bumper though. Personally I'd recommend getting a OEM one for peace of mind.
