Can't see why not.. Some are just awkward anyway even for cars at stock height.

My car probably isn't as low as yours, but yeah I do. I don't really have too many problem with the exception of this one particular ramp at a particular car park in Leeds

Car is raked so I don't see it bottoming out in the centre..
