ive used the vikan as well, its not as delicate at the EZ brush, but the shaft (ohh err) is much better than the EZ.

i would still recomend the ez or the vikan though, as you do have to be very carefull with the Vikan

The EZ is currently being replaced by the Daytona Speed Master Wheel Brush

EZ Detail Brush

These are nice and easy to use, Autoperfection do them in two sizes. (Can't open the link due to the poxy PC at work) A standard size one plus a small one useful on fine spoked alloys like RS500 Cosworth Alloys.

The main distrib is now rolling these out instead of the EZ once stocks are finished

I use the Large version of the EZ and from all the other i have used this comes out on top.

Has anyone recommended Megs Wheel Brightener to you, watered down 10:1 its great for removing brake dust?

I'll bear Meg's Brightener in mind (though I don't want my OZ's to look silver!) but they are Zaino'd and I haven't had any brake dust removal problems after leaving them untouched for about 1,200 miles which included a Ring trip and full track day at Spa.

if there zaino'd robin, you shouldnt probably need to use any wheel cleaners for a good 3 months.

And when it comes to wheel cleaners, i wouldn't urgently recomend wheel brightener. Its some serious chemical kit. it contains amonia too i think. Its been known to make centre caps cloudy/milky. Its got a Pretty Low PH Value (quick chemistry lesson. Ph scale = 1(acidic) to 14 (alkaline) )

it went thru spray heads like no tomorrow when i was using it a few years ago.

Its nasty stuff and i dont really use it at all anymore, if you were to use it, be careful, watch out for gusts of wind and WEAR gloves!

I use bilberry now which is an acid free cleaner and there has been very very very few alloy wheels that it couldnt cope with (and those very very few were probably due to a crap wheel refurb job)

I've been using the same Meg's NXT shampoo I use on the body.

I read about the Meg's Brightener and it sounds heavy duty!
