The reason you can't find a definitive answer is because there isn't one really, it depends on luck tbh, some people have had clutches go at 40k on a stage 1 and some people run stage 2+ with 100k ad its fine. The OEM clutch isn't rated to handle the power that you'll run with stage 2/ 2+ all I can really say is that you should expect it to need doing because most of the time it will, if not immediately then normally within 6months or so unfortunately you wont really find out untit you do it. My plan when I go stage 2+ is to have enough money put aside to replace it when it inevitably does go.
