I spoke that dealer and they said lowest on that car would be £18500

Probably making their 3K profit still at that price

They've got a 57 Candy White 5 dr at VW Leeds. It's £18,950, but it's a manual (no bad thing in my opinion) and has nearly 25K on it!

They just seem mega expensive at the moment!

Crikes if someone offered me that money for mine i would bite their hand off!!

Yes, they are mega expensive as i found to my cost when i snapped up my 3dr CW Manual Ed 30 in early Oct.

I'm expecting to lose a fair chunk with buying when prices seem artificially high. But i'm intending to keep for 3 years at least so the pain may not be too bad especially with being a limited edition.

However, since then not a single similar car has turned up! As said, there are a couple of 5dr CW ones at main dealers but it has to be 3dr for me.
VW Golf Edition 30, Candy White, 3dr Manual. Plus a stunning Aston Martin V12 Vantage!

Does anyone know off the top of their head, how any white edition 30's there are in the uk ?

Was kind of hoping there would be a few more ed 30's for sale in feb / march with the golf R being released, however i would say the way they have priced it  :surprised: , most people will hang onto their ed30's.

the members on here are just a slice of the ED 30's in circulation, I suspect there will be a few about, when you say, feb /march, no matter what the price of the R 20, plenty of ED 30 owners will be trading in.  :happy2:
