Has anybody ever had any trouble with rough idling on there gti?? There are no lights on the dash so dont know where to start looking? Help.

Plug it in dude. Just cos there's no lights it will probably be logging a fault code.

I have mate its got a error in the aircon thats it but that needs re charged.

Is the rev counter moving up & down?
A split DV can do this, along with a busted PCV (although you have ruled this out)

How did you check the PCV ? Checked fuel system ?

Was going to say in my service history from vw it says customer complains of rough idle - PVC valve replaced.
