How can you camber the rear wheels, I see that you can buy camber shimms but I don't see them for a mk5

Mk5s have an eccentric bolt on the rear to adjust camber
Just go for an alignment and ask for as much negative camber that you want
You will need an alignment after anyway as adjusting the camber throws the toe settings out
