Now have crisp white illumination, with red and blue temperature up/down controls... :D

I ordered them online cargym.com came from overseas, delivery took about a week, maybe 2.  They have built in resistnce to prevent the low power consumption of the leds making the car think there are no bulbs (or blown bulbs) in.  This is a common fault with some LED side light installs on the LEON /GOLF /A3 etc..  Werent cheap as far asside lights go at £80....

Not sure mate, some time soon.  Getting a diff in Jan so might wait on and have em fitted. If i do it ill probably end up only been able to find 3rd and 4th gear haha

Bought this 2x single din cage off this forum from matt a.  From the Mk5 was a nightmare to shoehorn into the leon but I like the out come



My only requirement at the moment is ipod recognition & usb port for mp3 play back from my tiiiiiny usb stick, lots and lots of music.  Single din units are generally cheaper, just as high power out put as double din and has pre outs for expansion.

I have a fascia to allow me to fit std double din units in the future too....

You'll deffnately be able to sample before and after mate.  Id come round but its fueled and packed up for the drive home tomoro afternoon
