Take a look at the R-line lower grilles, some on mine, they match the GT style but look much better than the standard ones.
The normal GT's aren't worth a huge amount.

U selling your old grill? Been after 1 for ages

Got them all on now, though bit annoyed the main grill is gloss back and the bottoms are matt, might get them sprayed to match but if it chips off itl look cack after winter



Not sure if im selling the GT grills, i think ill ebay them 99p start i dont know what they are worth i dont want to rip anyone off and i dont want my pants pulled down either, I let a set of monza 2 alloys go once for £200 and didnt realise they were a rare width. The 2 gt sport fog light grills there are some on ebay, genuine but used, £35 a side.

Can you take a pic from the side to show how it sits on the wheels once lowered, i have only done the lower set of grills so far, with an eBay special for the middle bottom one and a genuine ED30 ones for the fog lights. I think i am going to get the grill from Awesome GTi

Well i say that but i change my mind like the wind, i went from standard to gti ones, to ED30 ones and i still cant make my mind up !!

Up to date picture with the lower gti grills. it appears mines got a different bottom splitter than yours? wonder what mines off as i need a new one as i set fire/melted it lol



This is how low she sits, best pic at the minute, can go 3 up and no scrubbing, 9 inch on backs 225/40/18s standard arches with liners in, might remove the liners though not sure

Thanks for the pic George i see what you mean about the splitter, i think mine must be standard so maybe its to do with the year or something ? Mine is a December 2007 so maybe it changed depending on the year ?

Also i can see you have a side skirt in the last pic, did you add these or were they on it as well ? As you also have a colour-coded rear bumper which again i dont think is standard ?

I think the front lip is off Petrol GTi, as are the skirts and back bumper. Not sure though? Im changing to R32 rear bumper when i can find one close by.

Yes mate no worries, will have the backbox available too as its brand new. Just waiting for the right R32 bumper to turn up. Does the R32 fit straight on?

Looks awesome with the GTI grill! Definitely need to get on and find one for mine, I want to try and get a secondhand genuine one if not I've got a rep one on my eBay list
