Do spark plugs come with correct gap?
« on: August 07, 2014, 10:05:53 pm »
Hi people, do genuine spark plugs from vw come with the correct gap? Or will I need to set them myself using a feeler gauge? Just asking as I dont have a feeler gauge to check them.

They are pre-gapped.

They should come gapped but always check with a set of feeler guages. Especially if they were delivered via post - they can take a few knocks.

if they are dropped the gap will be out,  or the ceramic part might be cracked ,always check before fitting.
