I've spent the afternoon painting my fences / shed in preparation. . . and digging a soakaway as my garden couldn't possibly drain any worse  :signLOL:

Up North - mass destruction, streets flooded, mass power cuts and general misery - makes the local news.
London - A tree gets blown over - sky news on the scene, 24/7 coverage with updates every 30 mins.

We had weather warnings, risk of flooding etc, with torrential rain from midnight last night onwards. Just a little shower this morning so far...

I'm in walthamstow with a mobile crane and had showers all morning but its propa setting in now.

Should be a fun week craning out 50 40ft buildings lol

yes, up in scotland we have to laugh at how biased the media are. Up here we just get on with it, without any fuss
