RSN510 Video in Motion - How to?
« on: August 11, 2014, 08:22:40 pm »
Hi. I would be extremely grateful if someone can please assist me with my query.

I would like my RNS510 to work whilst I am driving my car (we know this is possible) I have googled this but so confused? there doesn't seem to be no clear instructions and what I'm supposed to do.  Im not much of a technical guy however if I can clearly follow instructions. If there is a link someone know and tested please can you let me know what I need to do.

Please can someone out there assist Thanks

My current RNS510 version showing HW-Version H64, SW-Version 3810

There is a disc ISO you can download and burn onto dvd, You run a force downgrade and it modifieds your FW to change the speed limit for the screen cut off.

Or you find someone with a service tool and ask them to do it for you, without having to run the risk of a firmware update corrupting your unit.  :happy2:

Whereabouts are you? Pop round to mine and I'll do it for you if you're near here.
