Brake size ??

I tried to get my friend to order new brakes and pads (works in the trade so gets discount lol) but he said there are 2 types ?? Might be and proberly is but what size to I order?? They are standard!!

If I recall, for standard brakes on a GTI...

Fronts 312x25mm

Rears 286x12mm or laterally 282x12mm - with either being fine to use, just the bigger one may get a scabby lip on the outer circumference
