It will fill minor scratches and swirl marks for a while. Super resin polish by Autoglym will do the same thing.
You would need a machine polish to remove these permanently.

Why not spend a few pound more and get some higher end stuff?
I just got some chemical guys glossworks glaze and jetseal 109 and the paint looks factory new!
