Removing rear bumper guidance?

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to remove the lower and upper rear please? Thx. ('07 Mk5 GTI)

i would start by removing whole thing then if you want to split you can when its off

remove both lights at the back (not the hatch lights) 2 screws under each side

remove 3 screws each side from the wheel arch liners into the bumper (either remove wheels or jack car up to make this easier)

remove the 2 screws right at the bottom of the bumper kinda in line with number plate, get a friend to hold bumper whilst you disconnect the number plate lights/parking sensors

job done
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

Cheers, do I need to remove the arch liners or can I work around them?
