Finally, got my alloys back from refurb, with some very juicy Michelin Super Sport tyres on, and we fitted them last night. I love them..... although driving like Miss Daisy at the moment, about a metre away from any alloy hating kerb...

Black wheels ! I know its a marmite type thing but they always look so odd , would be better if tyres were a light colour .

I'm a fan of silver wheels, don't know why, probably because they are classy and you can't go too far wrong with them. However the one colour car they don't suit is a white car - black rims look so much better  :happy2:

Try looking at the Mk5/6 wheel Thread and then have a rethink on silver on a white car  :innocent:

How many car manufacturers actually do a black wheel on any of their cars ?
