I put B12's on my Golf last July. Great red quality in a sporty kinda way, handled great.
But I was also always disappointed with how much it didn't lower the car so if I was to do it again I would get the kit with red springs.

I have the b12 sportline kit fitted to my mine. It's much better than the standard suspensions which had had 74k on them when they where changed. It does lower the front a bit more though than the back

Yeah I want them to be reliable but handle well, but I hate having a massive arch gap do they sit almost in line with the tyre,

Thanks :D

Pretty sure the springs determine the height.

Will sit the same as a GTI on Eibach pro kit  :happy2:

See I'd rather it lower still but I do have 18' TD 1.2 so they might sit okay, anyone know I use my eibach springs I have and use the blistein shocks would it sit similar but feel and handle different obviously !?

I use the B14 coilovers which are really good, I have them at their highest 30mm setting but could go to 50mm (clearance allowing).

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

If I was to buy shocks on their own could I use my original eibach springs ? If so what are the best shocks to go for ? L

Cheers
